Your participants have phones. Let them use them. Press Run live, then Go live. Everyone joins with a short code, or the QR code on the screen. Their phone follows you. When you start an activity, they see what to do, and the timer. Open a question on the phones. A poll, a word cloud, a scale. The answers come in while you watch. Show them on the room screen.
