What it solves

How to run Appreciation Station, step by step

  1. Select the first team member to receive appreciation. Ask them to close their eyes or look away from the screen. (2 minutes)
  2. Instruct everyone else to write down a word or short phrase of appreciation for the selected person on a sticky note or piece of paper. (5 minutes)
  3. On the count of three, have the selected person open their eyes and read the appreciation notes displayed by the other team members. (3 minutes)
  4. Repeat the process for other team members, as time allows. (5-10 minutes)
