When to use Back Tracking

How to run Back Tracking, step by step
- Prepare question cards in advance, one per participant. (15 minutes)
- Randomly attach one question card to the back of each person, ensuring they cannot see it. (5 minutes)
- Distribute a blank answer sheet and pen to each participant. (2 minutes)
- Instruct participants to mingle and ask others to answer the question on their back, recording the responses. Aim for at least 10 interactions per person. (20 minutes)
- After the mingling period, have each person read some of the responses they received and guess the question on their back. (15 minutes)
- Reveal the actual question and celebrate the predictions, regardless of accuracy. (5 minutes)
