How to run Be Prepared, step by step
- Prepare envelopes with answers on the outside and unique tasks inside. Create one set per team. (30 minutes before the session)
- Divide participants into teams of 4-10 people, seated in a circle with envelopes in the center. (5 minutes)
- Explain the rules: answer questions, open the corresponding envelope, and complete the task inside. (5 minutes)
- Ask questions one by one. Award points to the first team to complete the task or for the highest quality result. (30-45 minutes)
- Announce the winning team with the most points. (5 minutes)
