How to run Be Prepared, step by step

  1. Prepare envelopes with answers on the outside and unique tasks inside. Create one set per team. (30 minutes before the session)
  2. Divide participants into teams of 4-10 people, seated in a circle with envelopes in the center. (5 minutes)
  3. Explain the rules: answer questions, open the corresponding envelope, and complete the task inside. (5 minutes)
  4. Ask questions one by one. Award points to the first team to complete the task or for the highest quality result. (30-45 minutes)
  5. Announce the winning team with the most points. (5 minutes)
