Big Ups

Big Ups is a partner exercise that quickly elevates energy and builds trust through coordinated, supported jumps. It's a fun and engaging way to foster collaboration and create a positive atmosphere at the start of a session.

When to use Big Ups

How to run Big Ups, step by step

  3. Person B jumps upward, pushing down on Person A's arms while Person A pushes up to support the jump. (30 seconds)
  4. Repeat several times, gradually increasing jump height. (30 seconds)
