How to run I Spy, step by step
- Explain the rules of I Spy. (1 minute)
- The facilitator starts by saying, "I spy with my little eye something that is [color] or [texture]." (1 minute)
- Participants guess what the facilitator is spying. (3-5 minutes)
- The person who guesses correctly gets to be the next "spy." (1 minute)
- Continue for a few rounds, ensuring different people get a chance to be the spy.
Facilitator tips
- Choose objects that are easily visible but not too obvious.
- Encourage participants to be creative with their guesses.
Common pitfalls
- Participants struggling to guess the object. Provide hints if needed.
