- Define the physical boundaries for the mingle. (2 minutes)
- Instruct participants to stand up and move around within the boundaries. (1 minute)
- Explain the task: 'Share one of your key insights from today with as many people as you can.' (1 minute)
- Start the mingle and encourage participants to share their insights. (8 minutes)
- Signal the end of the mingle and bring the group back together. (1 minute)
