How to run Step Up Your Courage: Exploring Tactics, step by step

  1. In groups of three, the VIP reflects on what they need to reach the next step on their courage scale. (5 mins)
  2. The interviewer and note-taker offer advice on tactics, resources, and other ideas that could help. (5 mins)
  3. Individually, the VIP revisits their handout and writes down which ideas and practices they would like to keep for the next step. (5 mins)
  4. Repeat for each member of the group. (5 mins)
