Find a method in the library

Browse more than 750 facilitation methods, each with its steps, tips and source, and add one to your session.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, under Library, click Methods.
2. Search, or narrow the list with Category, Duration and Energy. Clear filters starts over.
3. Open a method to see when to use it, the steps, facilitator tips, variations and the source it comes from.
4. Click the star to keep a method under Favorites.
5. Click Build a session with this method to start a new session around it.
6. Already in a session? Click Add activity in the agenda and pick a method under Metodic library.

Tip: The library is free to browse and use, on every plan.
