Participants present while peers observe, question and commit to holding them to it; then they finish their own deliverable in silence, because ownership comes from finishing it yourself. It closes by returning to the honest sentence each person opened the programme with.
About this session
The course ends, the capability begins. Every phase before this produced an artefact. This one produces a commitment, and the relationships that outlast the programme. Isolated plans become sustained partnerships, or they become documents in a drawer.
Why it works
The Users Experience Fishbowl puts the plan under public commitment pressure, which tests feasibility in a way private review never does.
