How to run 1-2-4-All, step by step
- Explain the 1-2-4-All process. (5 min)
- Individuals brainstorm solutions alone (5 min).
- Individuals pair up and share their ideas (10 min).
- Pairs join another pair to form groups of four and share their ideas (10 min).
- Each group shares their top ideas with the whole team (10 min).
- Discuss and prioritize the solutions as a team (5 min).
