How to run Affinity Diagram, step by step
- 1. Brainstorm a large number of ideas or data points related to the strategic initiative and write each on a separate Post-it note.
- 2. Randomly place the Post-it notes on the whiteboard or wall.
- 3. Silently group the Post-it notes into related categories based on their natural relationships.
- 4. Allow for multiple rounds of grouping and regrouping.
