How to run Backcasting, step by step

1. Define the desired future state: What do we want to achieve? (10 minutes)
2. Identify the key milestones: What are the major steps needed to reach the desired future? (15 minutes)
3. Break down each milestone into smaller actions: What are the specific tasks that need to be completed? (10 minutes)
4. Assign responsibilities and timelines: Who is responsible for each action, and when will it be completed? (10 minutes)
5. Document the backcasting plan and communicate it to all stakeholders.
