How to run Empathy Map, step by step

  1. Introduce the Empathy Map framework.
  2. Define the user or persona to be analyzed.
  3. Gather research data about the user.
  4. Populate the Empathy Map with insights about what the user says, thinks, does, and feels.
  5. Analyze the map to identify key needs, motivations, and pain points.
  6. Develop solutions that address the user's needs.
