This method is a hands-on, collaborative prototyping lab where participants redesign a key component of their course—either their syllabus policies, assessment structures, or rubrics—using a structured Learning Canvas. Applying principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Backward Design, educators transform exclusionary elements identified earlier in the day into supportive, clear, and multi-modal pathways. Participants work in peer-review trios, pitching their redesigned syllabus policies and receiving immediate structured feedback. This ensures that the theoretical insights gained throughout the workshop are translated into concrete, legally and pedagogically sound classroom documents before they leave.
