Analyze the current state of the organization or a specific project by identifying the Roses (positive aspects), Buds (potential opportunities), and Thorns (challenges and risks).

How to run Rose, Bud, Thorn, step by step

  1. 1. Introduce the Rose, Bud, Thorn framework and explain each section: Rose (positive aspects), Bud (potential opportunities), Thorn (challenges and risks).
