How to run Surprise Construction, step by step

  1. Review the three selected surprise ideas and their construction plans (3 min).
  2. Divide participants into three groups, each responsible for constructing one surprise (2 min).
  3. Distribute the necessary materials to each group (1 min).
  4. Set a timer for 20 minutes and instruct participants to construct their assigned surprise, following the instructions and collaborating effectively (20 min).
  5. Provide assistance and guidance as needed, encouraging resourcefulness and problem-solving (ongoing).
  6. Ensure each group completes their surprise within the allotted time (1 min).
  7. Have each group take a photo of their surprise (1 min).
  8. Transition to the next phase, Surprise Presentation, by introducing the next steps (1 min).
