How to run Sustainable Mind Sprint, step by step

  1. Introduce the activity and its purpose (5 min).
  2. Explain the concept of sustainability and its relevance to daily life (5 min).
  3. Individually brainstorm sustainable solutions for 5 minutes, writing each idea on a sticky note.
  4. Share ideas with the group, placing sticky notes on the whiteboard (5 min).
  5. As a group, build upon each other's ideas, adding details and refinements (10 min).
  6. Categorize the different ideas by the areas of life they impact.
  7. Discuss which solutions are most feasible and impactful.
  8. Summarize the key insights and next steps.
