How to run SWOT Analysis, step by step
- Introduce the concept of SWOT analysis (5 minutes).
- Explain the meaning of each quadrant (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) (5 minutes).
- Have participants individually brainstorm Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (20 minutes).
- Share and discuss the findings as a group (10 minutes).
- Synthesize key themes and identify strategic implications.
Facilitator tips
- Encourage participants to be realistic and objective.
