How to run Unconscious Bias Reflection, step by step

  1. Introduce the concept of unconscious bias and its impact.

  3. Allow 15 minutes for individual reflection on the prompts.
  4. Facilitate a group discussion where participants share their reflections (optional).
  5. Summarize key learnings and strategies for mitigating bias.
