Export to Miro, Mural or FigJam

Put your session on a whiteboard your group can work on: the agenda, the instructions, the worksheets and a frame for every team.

Steps

  1. In the Studio, open the Actions tab and choose Export to a whiteboard. In the window that opens, pick Miro or Mural from the list.
  2. The first time, click Connect to Miro or Connect to Mural and allow access. You do this once for each tool.
  3. Start the export. The board is made right away and fills in while you watch: the overview with the agenda first, then one column per activity.
  4. You can close the window. The export keeps going, and the board is in your Miro or Mural account.
  5. In Mural, the board lands in the workspace and room that were picked when you connected. You can move it to another room in Mural.
  6. For FigJam, export to Miro first. In Miro, click Export this board, choose Save as image, pick Vector and click Export. That gives you a PDF.
  7. In Figma, click Import, then Import from computer, and select the PDF. When Figma asks where the file is from, choose Miro. You get a FigJam board with text you can edit.

Tip: A board export is part of Professional and higher plans and costs 2 credits. In FigJam, comments do not come along and some text boxes can come out split.
