Work as a team on one account

Teammates with a seat work on your plan, your credits and your brand. You see who uses what.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, click Team. Under Team Capacity you see how many seats are in use.
2. Click Invite Member, type the email address and pick a Role: an editor builds sessions and makes materials, a viewer reads the team's sessions and materials.
3. Click Send Invitation. Your colleague joins with their own account.
4. An editor works on your plan and on the team's credits: one balance for the whole team, and anyone on the team can add credits to it.
5. What your teammates make carries your brand. You, the owner, manage the logo, colour and font.
6. On the credits page, Team Credit Usage by Member shows who used how many credits. To remove someone, click the bin next to their name under Who is on the team.

Tip: A teammate's own credits are put aside while they have a seat, and stay on their account. Someone who leaves the team goes back to the free plan.
