Make a room

A room is one workshop: a code, the interactions you want and the screen the room looks at.

Steps

On Your rooms, pick what you start with: Quick poll, Deck with interactions, Post-it wall, or a session From the Studio.
Give the room a name you will recognise later, such as the team or the client.
Set the Date and time. The room stays open until 36 hours after it, so a two-day workshop keeps one code.
Working in tables? Switch on Work in tables and set how many. Each table gets a colour, and the results come back per table.
Pick the Language for participants. Their phones and the room screen follow it, whatever language you work in.
Click Make the room. You get the code straight away, and you can add slides, interactions or the wall at any time.

Tip: A quick poll needs no preparation: one question, and the code is on the screen within the minute.
