Let participants join a room

They type the code on their own phone. No app, no account, no sign-in.

Steps

Open the room and click Show the code. The code and a QR code fill the screen.
Participants go to live.metodic.io, type the code and they are in.
Or they scan the QR code. With a deck, the code also sits in the corner of every slide.
Online session? Click Copy the link and paste it in the Zoom, Teams or Meet chat.
Working in tables: each person picks their table once, and their answers carry that table's colour for the rest of the room.
The count next to the code shows how many phones are in.

Tip: Join anonymously is on by default. Switch it off and people type a name, which is what makes a quiz race worth watching.
